"I’ve been using this shampoo for well over a year now, and nothing can beat it! For reference I have pretty fine, straight hair that gets oily and flat after 1 day, and this shampoo keeps my hair feeling clean for much longer than any others I’ve tried. I find its worth the price because I only have to use about half a pump of it as well, so one bottle lasts me ages! 10/10 recommend"

They have added Sulfate!

"Stop changing the formulas! The new improved shampoo now has sulfate in it and they have taken the wording color safe from the label. This has been my trusted shampoo forever and now I am going to have to find something else. Verb changed the Hairspray formula and destroyed that product, now the shampoos!!"

Not happy with new formula!

"This is not volumizing like the original formula! It has a slimy residue that just won't rinse off. Adding the conditioner now leads to just plain flat hair. After years of happiness using Verb, I no longer find my hair feeling clean and full like before. Bring back the old formula!!"

Our ingredients do not pose a threat to colored hair. However, if you've recently chemically treated your hair (Brazilian blow out, hair dye, etc.) it is recommended to consult with your salon/hair stylist or a professional to make sure what products you can use.

Is "no harmful sulfates" the same as sulfate-free? I have keratin treated hair and am wondering if I can use Verb Volume Shampoo with my keratin treatment?: Hi Nadine, Our products contains high quality ingredients and formulations that is subject to all regulatory requirements in the territories in which it is sold. Please be assured that all of our products have been tested for safety and are in compliance with the regulatory requirements in the US and Canada. We do not include harmful sulfates as SLS and SLES can be considered harmful to the skin. This is why we say we use "no harmful sulfates" "only the good stuff" We don't use any sulfate-based surfactants in our products.
