"This shampoo and conditioner combo has saved my frizzy dry strands. It smells amazing, and helps keep sly aways at bay. The only complaint I have is the bottle. It can be annoying once is gets less than half full. To remedy this I keep them stored upside down. If you do this make sure to keep it tightly closed to avoid leakage."

"I have re-purchased Verb’s moisture shampoo and conditioner about four times now. I love the old formula and I still love the new formula. I live in a very dry climate at high elevation with harsh winters and this hydration line does the trick on my rather fine but wavy hair. The key is to double cleanse which I prefer to do since I only wash once or twice a week. The search is over, I love this product. The perfect amount of hydration without weighing me down."

"Like many reviewers, I have been using the Verb Hydrate line for many years. I was concerned about the new formulation, as the shampoo/conditioner seemed to leave a heavy grease-like feel on the hair close to my scalp. I was evaluating alternatives but figured the bottles I had purchased were a sunk cost, and I might as well finish them. About 2/3 of the way through my shampoo (regular size, not jumbo), I noticed my hair started to feel lighter and cleaner. I've been paying close attention to my shampoo massage and really work the scalp. I have shoulder-length fine hair, and wash it every 2-3 days. While I'm not crazy about the scent, I will keep using it!"
"Such an awful new formula! Why you need to change something that was already so good. That was the only shampoo that did wonders for my hair and now it is so awful! Change the package but leave the old tried and true formula! If need to implement something new just come up with new line rather than discounting old formula that was so good!!! Change it back please!!"
