We ship anywhere in the US via FedEx Standard Ground. Additional costs apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to the contiguous US is $8, but it’s free on orders $40 or more! 🎉 Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $35.
After you’ve checked out, orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. We will send you your tracking number ASAP.
Orders made on the weekends will be usually be processed on Mondays and take 5-10 business days to be delivered after processing. We will send you your tracking number ASAP.
If the address on your order is wrong, email email@example.com ASAP to so we can help you update it. We’ll be with you every step of the way, so don’t stress.
Your card will be charged when your order ships. Orders take 1-2 business days for processing - you will see the charge on your statement after the processing period.
If your payment was declined, double check that your billing address, expiration date and card verification number are all correct. If it’s still getting declined, we recommend using a different card or checking with your bank to verify that your info is up-to-date.

All of our products are color safe and free of parabens, gluten, and harmful sulfates. We want your hair to always look and feel its best, so we only use ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run.

Most of our products are vegan! Here are the few exceptions: Sculpting Clay and Forming Fiber contain beeswax and lanolin, as they are natural derivatives that provide hold to the hair. Ghost™ Hairspray is also formulated with lanolin. Ghost Dry Oil™ and Ghost Dry Oil Disco Edition™ both contain hydrolyzed silk to give hair that high shine we all love.
No way - we believe animals make terrible test subjects.
Everything in our line is recyclable (although most people find the packaging hard to throw out).
Our products are color safe and keratin safe, with the exception of our Sea collection, which is formulated with sea salt.
